I remember the first time I saw pictures of these Bangui Windmills of Ilocos Norte. I thought they were just as tall as those electric posts, but I was blown away when I saw them personally.
Visiting the Ilocos region was just a dream before... until it came into reality.

Sibalenhon Backpacker: Bidoos Sea Cliff
What you see is what you get in this wonderful sea cliff of Bidoos cove in Sibale Island, Romblon. It's nice to be here experiencing the cool, fresh salty air without the city pollution fills your lungs.

Sibalenhon Backpacker: First Jump Shot of 2013
![]() |
L-R: Sir Chill, Me, Sir Geof and Sir Richard. |
Last April 14, 2013, me and my fellow mountaineers from Freelance Backpackers™ climbed the Mt. Banoi in Lobo, Batangas. It was actually my 2nd climb in that mountain, first during our day hike with Unknown Backpacker last February 10, 2013. As suggested by our lady backpackers, did my first jump shot of the year just few meters away to the summit with my 3 climbing buddies, Sir Chill, Sir Geof and Sir Richard, this time with new style.
I had a great climb that day, and had a chance to met some fellow mountaineers who joined us.
